The Second Coming Outside of Causality: Book 2 Commences (For the Usual Fee Plus Expenses)

"Do we have to be linear progressive?"

Evidently not! I have cut this post out and put it into better context below, after a bit of bouncing around time first. Without knowing the characters or being reintroduced to them, it is just (well, more so) jibberish. Originally I put section 8.1 (The Second Coming Outside of Causality: Book 2 Commences (For the Usual Fee Plus Expenses)) here immediately after finishing it because I was proud of it, a big step forward though back, and the first new bits added in two years. Plus also working on it back again in Hawaii where it began was nice, even if not finished and probably never will be. I never thought the first part would be finished either, though things are even more unstable in the world at the moment. It was nice to return to the dialog a bit for awhile, as Ursala LeGuinn mentioned of writing Earthsea, to check in on the characters once in awhile. Of course hers were more, and less dimensional. :-) Plus they did have a plot...

"Well, you can't say I didn't see it coming. I felt they were becoming unimportant to what passes for a storyline here way back in the beginning of section 2.5. We are up to 7.4 now and over a hundred pages. Just be glad we have other things now that need doing."

"Other things we certainly have," the assistant replied, "other things we need or we wouldn't still be here, I just wish there were fewer things needing to be done! You're right. I think I do need a vacation or at least to step back and get away for awhile. Hawaii would be nice I suppose. Ok, any idea where to start?"
