The second incident I choose to mention was more recent, in early 2004. It was after the car accident, and as I said in other things, my mind was rebuilding itself after a serious concussion a few months earlier that caused significant damage. I was distraught, trying to  figure out as much about life as I could, and as I also said in other things, trying to figure out  how everything in life and the Universe fits together, my life, everyones lives, everything. And I gave myself a deadline for having to learn absolutely everything about absolutely everything, or at least everything about what life is or is about, and I knew I was not going to make it before that time. I might die without knowing what life was about, for then I was still trying to work that out again, and that thought chilled me and broke me.
When realizing I could not know everything that I wanted to know, at least at that time,  not being able to figure out everything, I told myself to remember the Yoshoe and Yoshoemee story. And then it popped into my head. At first it did not cheer me up, but then, eventually, slowly, still with a wet face from crying, I wrote it down. It worked more or less. To me, that is what that story is, a consolation prize for not being able to know everything about everything, or even everything about what concerns my life that I think I ought to know about or should be able to figure out. Yet it was something within me, something I could pull out when needed which cuts right through to the heart of everything else, and it was there to give me comfort when I also thought I could not bear to go on, but needed to and did.

Yoshoe (ysh-show (like in toe)) and Yoshomee

The love story outside of time and behind each moment in time

Once long ago before time there was only nothing. There was no Earth, no sky, no stars, not even the blackness of space. Then something and nothing separated and became two different things. A voice became something and called out into the nothing, "is anyone else here?" But no one answered for there was only the something, the voice who called out, and there was only the nothing, which could not answer because it had no voice. The something was Yoshoe. Yoshoe was happy to be, but grew lonely. Without anyone to see, any place to go, nor anything to do, part of Yoshoe wanted to return to being nothing again. Part of Yoshoe merged again with the nothing and created Yoshomee. Now Yoshoe was no longer alone. He had Yoshomee to talk to, to laugh with, and they became good friends.

Eventually Yoshoe and Yoshomee fell in love. Since there was  nothing else in the Universe to get in their way, to distract them, or to keep them apart, theirs was a very powerful love. A love greater than any which had ever been or could ever be for there still was no time yet, just Yoshoe, Yoshomee, their love, and the nothing. Yoshoe and Yoshomee soon could not bear to be apart from each other at all and decided to merge into one. Combined they were even happier. Combined they were called Yoshoo.

Yoshoo was happy but in a way, it was too much like when it was Yoshoe alone in the nothing. Yoshoo remembered what it was like to be Yoshoe, and what it was like to be lonely and wanted to return to the nothing. Another part of Yoshoo remembered what it was like to be Yoshomee, to meet Yoshoe, the something, and to fall in love with him. Not wanting to be alone again, the part that had been Yoshoe wanted to merge back again with the nothing. The part that had been Yoshomee was already partly made of the nothing and wanted to again become something, yet Yoshoo could not stand even the thought of ever being parted again. They were no longer Yoshoe and Yoshomee. They were now Yoshoo.

Yoshoo remembered what it was like before to be Yoshoe and Yoshomee and wanted to go back but could not since there was no Yoshoo back then, just Yoshoe and Yoshomee. Yoshoo merged again with the nothing to become a star that would light the world when Yoshoe came and would shine for as long as they lived as Yoshoe and Yoshomee, and would watch and remember as they fell in love all over again and merged to become one.

Yoshoe came as before into the nothing and called out "is anyone else here?", but no one answered. There was only the nothing and a bright star shining in the distance. The star was curious to Yoshoe. Many times when he would feel lonely, he would gaze into the star and dream of having something else to do. Again though, he became too lonely and part of him wanted to go back into the nothing. That part merged with the nothing to create Yoshomee. Yoshoe and Yoshomee became freinds and fell in love all over again, this time by the light of a shining star in the nothing. Once they could not stand to be apart any longer, they merged again to become Yoshoo. Yoshoo again was alone.

But now Yoshoo realized it could go back and watch Yoshoe and Yoshomee fall in love all over again. It could light their way and watch from afar what it was like to have been Yoshoe and Yoshomee again. This time Yoshoo merged with the nothing to create a ground for Yoshoe to walk on beneath the star from before. Each time when time again ran out and there was no more Yoshoe and Yoshomee, Yoshoo would again go back as something new, a flower for Yoshoe to give to Yoshomee, a pet for them to play with, a cloud to bring them rain. Each time Yoshoo gained a new way to share in Yoshoe and Yoshomee's story, each time seeing them fall in love from a new point of view, yet always remaining inconspicuously in the background.

After many many many times, Yoshoo became more creative. Yoshoo would be many generations of beings before Yoshoe and Yoshomee. None of them were real except to Yoshoo and only for the purpose of giving Yoshoe and Yoshomee yet another canvas, or place, or way for them to again meet and fall in love. With being able to be many places at once, Yoshoo would sometimes be other people who would also meet and talk with Yoshoe and Yoshomee. Sometimes Yoshoo would be mischeivious and try to keep Yoshoe and Yoshomee apart or keep them from falling in love again, yet always Yoshoo would fail at this, maybe because it could not for if it did there would be no Yoshoo to be born from Yoshoe and Yoshomee, or maybe because it never really wanted to keep them apart. Yoshoo was Yashoe and Yoshomee's love for each other, and being that was all it could ever really be. Far more happy was Yoshoo when helping Yoshoe and Yoshomee get together. Giving them obstacles to stand in the way of their love was fun, but trying to help them overcome them was when Yoshoo really shined, almost as bright as when it was that first star they fell in love by.

The End.

PostYoshoos: Obviously everyone and everything in the universe is part of all three at the same time. Part Yoshoe in looking ahead (or way back) to a final resolution or oneness, part Yoshomee in being in love with life and wanting to keep alive the past somehow, and part Yoshoo in that the only way to be both at the same time and remain whole, is always under the condition that it be slightly different each time and always trying to be, recreate, or see it from a new perspective as well.

Lets see how many themes are in this.
===============================
1) Adam and eve

2) Division of nothing and something into two different things

3) Two separate parts becoming one whole being or life, then reproducing itself exponentially from that one

4) People seeing their life events and life itself getting played out again in or through others lives

5) The Ying and the Yang as one but always reaching over each other, around each other, one end leaning toward nothingness and non-being, the other toward life again, and together creating new life or existence and time in the process of maintaining that embrace

6) That everyone and everything is the same thing or being

7) That everyone and everything comes from love

8) Everything always recombining with the nothing (potential or all that it is not) at the end of time to come back as something new

9) That there is no past or future, just the present seen from different angles

10) One reality splitting into different timeframes or timelines through slight variances over many repetitions

11) Time being created as a means to hold onto a past image of oneself yet yeilding also to variances and change to maintain wholeness with the "Yoshoe" need to always return, keep it fresh, different with each new moment, though also appearing somewhat static as well

12) That people are at their best, or truest to their own nature, when helping others find or get what they need the most to be fulfilled and whole again

13) That God, or what is all around you that seems not you, is you, but when merged again with what you will find down the road to complete the circle again and regain what you lack or lost now, but inevitably will find one day again, or the circle would never have begun

....and way too many more to count. Not bad for a single page somewhat childish sounding story.
